Background:
On February 24, 2009 the Board adopted Resolution No. 034-2009 authorizing the execution of Agreement 09B-5508 with the California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) in the amount of $1,521,911 during the term January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
