Background:
American River Music, Inc. received funding through the County Promotions Program for fiscal year 2013-2014 to support their annual American River Music Festival. A contractual requirement of the funding agreement is to provide an annual report to the Board of Supervisors demonstrating success in accomplishing the goals of the program.
