Title: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, Conference with Real Property Negotiator: Instructions to its negotiator regarding the real property described as APN 327-270-04, (4451 Missouri Flat Road). The person or persons with whom the negotiator may negotiate: The Bahlman Family Trust, represented by Doug Bahlman. Instructions to negotiator will concern both price and term of payment. Louis B. Green, County Counsel, and Jim Ware, Director of Transportation, will be the negotiator on behalf of El Dorado County.
