The County Board of Supervisors will individually appoint one-third of the membership.  The Clerk of the Board received a recommendation from the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council. The Council held their meeting on November 7, 2019 and at that meeting a vote was taken to appoint Diana Lozano. A Notice of Vacancy was posted for this appointment on October 4, 2019.
