Hearing to consider Dragnea Vacation Home Project (Minor Use Permit MUP24-0001) to allow a reduction of a 100-foot riparian setback from the South Fork of the American River to 83 feet for a single-family log cabin on property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 037-362-003, consisting of 0.36 acre, is located on the south side of U.S. Highway 50, approximately 320 feet west of Audrain Way, in the Twin Bridges area of the Phillips Rural Center, submitted by Corina Dragnea; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Find MUP24-0001 exempt pursuant to Section 15303(a) (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) of the CEQA Guidelines; and
2) Approve Minor Use Permit MUP24-0001 based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.
