The property, identified by Assessor's Parcel Number 325-080-16, consisting of 27.68 acres, is located on the south side of Green Valley Road, approximately 300 feet east of the intersection with Vista Lane, in the Placerville Periphery area, Supervisorial District 4.  [Project Planner: Aaron Mount]  (Negative Declaration prepared)
 
This application was considered by the Planning Commission on September 26, 2013 and was recommended for approval (3-2 [Stewart, Mathews]).  The minutes from this meeting are attached.
 
A memo to the Community Development Agency, Long-Range Planning Division was sent on October 8, 2013 in response to the Planning Commission's concern that issues discussed at the Planning Commission hearing on September 26, 2013 needed to be considered in the Zoning Ordinance Update.
