Health and Human Services Agency, Community Services Division, recommending the Board consider the following:
1) Accept with appreciation a donation of $5,448.47 from the Estate of Billie Jo Ashley to the Senior Nutrition Meals on Wheels program; and
2) Authorize the Director of the El Dorado County Health and Human Services Agency, or successor, to sign the Receipt of Distributee to acknowledge receipt of said donation.

None. The amount payable to the Health and Human Services Agency is $5,448.47 to be used to enhance Senior Nutrition Meals on Wheels program services. Each year the Health and Human Services Agency includes estimated donations in the annual budget. As a result, acceptance of this donation has no impact on Net County Cost.
Reason for Recommendation
On January 24, 2013 the Health and Human Services Agency received notice from the Law Offices of Joseph W. Tillson that Teri J. Boldt, as the executor of the Will of Billie Jo Ashley, was granted the discretion to distribute assets of the decedent. Ms. Boldt has chosen the Meals on Wheels program as a recipient of a discretionary distribution in the amount of $5,448.47 from the Estate of Billie Jo Ashley.

The Health and Human Services Agency to deposit a check in the amount of $5,448.47 and the Director to sign the Receipt of Distributee.
