Background:
On June 22, 2010 the Board adopted Resolution No. 077-2010 authorizing the execution of Agreement 09C-1758 with the California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) in the amount of $113,364 during the term June 30, 2010 through June 30, 2011 for provision of DOE Weatherization Assistance Program services to eligible residents of El Dorado and Alpine counties. On February 8, 2011 the Board adopted Resolution No. 022-2011 authorizing the execution of Amendment 1 to Agreement 09C-1758, increasing the agreement amount by $39,987, from $113,364 to $153,351.
