Reason for Recommendation: Per Government Code, section 29081, the Board may, by resolution, extend the number of days for continuance of Final Budget Hearings from 10 to 14 calendar days. This action is required to ensure that Hearings can continue to Monday, September 28, 2009 if necessary.
