DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Daniel Dreher and Alison Dreher, as Trustees of the Daniel and Alison Dreher 2020 Trust dated May 20, 2020, owners of Assessor Parcel Number 087-010-048, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the 10’ Public Utility easement encumbering said property. The easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.
The 10’ Public Utility easement, as shown on Parcel 1B of Parcel Maps Book 52 Page 47, was irrevocably offered by Jeff T. Sweigart and Robin W. Sweigart on June 14th, 2021. The easement was accepted by the County of El Dorado on June 15th, 2021, and the map recorded on June 16th, 2021.
AT&T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District, Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said 10’ Public Utility easement for the purposes for which it was dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said easement and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to that effect.
