Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
There is no change to Net County Cost.
Reason for Recommendation
The Health and Human Services (HHS) Department is moving the Mental Health Division from 670 Placerville Drive to 768 Pleasant Valley Road.  As part of the move, the County is building an El Dorado County Transit Bus Shelter on the landlord's property, parcel # 097-020-47 to facilitate the construction of the bus shelter a Public Service easement is required over the property.  This is a zero dollar agreement.
 
Action(s) to be taken following Board approval
The Chairman will sign the Easement Acquisition Agreement for Public Purposes #291-O411and the Certificate of Acceptance and foward to the Division for further processing.
