Hearing to consider Levi (Parcel Map Amendment P-C21-0002) request to Amend recorded Parcel Map 33/51/C to remove an existing El Dorado Irrigation (EID) non-buildable 30-foot easement from an EID ditch that is no longer in use on property identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 043-030-032, consisting of 2.77 acres, is located on the northeast side of Highway 50 and approximately 1200 feet southwest of the intersection with Carson Road, in the Camino area, submitted by Mark Thiessen; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Find Parcel Map Amendment P-C21-0002 exempt from the CEQA pursuant to Section 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land use Limitations); and
2) Approve Parcel Map Amendment P-C21-0002 based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented. (Supervisorial District 3)

Request to consider Parcel Map Amendment P-C21-0002/Levi submitted by Mark Thiessen to Amend recorded Parcel Map 33/51/C to remove an existing El Dorado Irrigation (EID) non-buildable 30-foot easement from an EID ditch that is no longer in use. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 043-030-032, consisting of 2.77 acres, is located on the northeast side of Highway 50 and approximately 1200 feet southwest of the intersection with Carson Road, in the Camino area, Supervisorial District 3.
