Background: The Treasurer-Tax Collector's manages several perpetual agreements for ongoing maintenance and support for equipment , software licensing, and treasury. Ths matter is brought to the Board's attention to be aware of actions appoved by prior Boards. The agreements are listed on Exhibit "A".
Reason for Recommendation: Continuation of the agreements is critical to the operation of the Treasurer-Tax Collector's department.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The department will notify Procurement of the Board's approval of the list of perpetual agreements. Invoices will be approved upon receipt adn forwarded to the Auditor-Controller for payment.
