DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Clerk of the Board is recomending approval to correct the date of the effective election date as shown on the Resolution. No other action is necessary or warranted.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Resolution 104-2015 was adopted by the Board on June 23, 2015. Staff identified the error relating to the next effective election date and upon the recommendation of County Counsel, agendized the correction to the Resolution.
