Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
There is no change to Net County Cost.  This lease continues the annual rental payment of $1.00.
 
Reason for Recommendation
The Chamber of Commerce is currently leasing the County-owned office space located at 542 Main Street in Placerville.  The Chamber of Commerce pays the County $1.00 annually to lease the facility.  The Facilities Management Division recommends the Board approve the lease for a five (5) year term with no options to extend in accordance with County Ordinance Section 3.08.021(A).
 
Action(s) to be taken following Board approval
The Board Chair willl execute the lease and the Board Clerk's Office will send one original to Procurement and Contracts for distribution.
