DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by El Dorado RV Resort and Campground LLC, a California limited liability company, owners of Assessor Parcel Number 327-110-012, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate a portion of the 87’ Non-Exclusive Road and Public Utility Easement encumbering said property. The easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The 87’ Non-Exclusive Road and Public Utility Easement, as shown on Parcel 4 of Parcel Maps Book 52 Page 7, was created by Caringello Electric, Inc., a California corporation By: James M. Caringello and The Waltrip Family Trust By: Darlene Rae Waltrip on November 14, 2018. The easement was never offered, therefore it was neither rejected nor accepted by the County of El Dorado, and the map recorded on November 14, 2018.

AT&T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District, Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said portion of said 87’ Non-Exclusive Road and Public Utility Easement for the purposes for which it was dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said portion of said easement and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to that effect.
