DR26-0002 - New Behavioral Health Clinic (Jacob Bunting / El Dorado Community Health Centers - Caleb Sandford / Engineer Kelly Maves) DR26-0002: A Design Review application for proposed construction and operation of a 12,904 square foot Behavioral Health Clinic was previously presented on July 16, 2026. A motion was made to recommend the project for approval with the current aesthetics and building plans, as presented, and to have the project returned with more information about traffic, with Department of Transportation participation. The proposed Project is located on a 12.42-acre property adjacent to the existing Community Health Center which was constructed in 2022 on the same parcel. The parcel is located on the south side of Missouri Flat Road approximately 0.1 miles north of the intersection with Forni Road in the Placerville area, in El Dorado County Fire Protection District and Supervisor District 3.
