DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Carl Baldacchino and Ronda Baldacchino, husband and wife, as joint tenants, owners of Assessor's Parcel Number 120-402-006, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the entirety of the Slope Easement encumbering said property. The easement to be abandoned is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The Slope Easement, as shown on Lot 402 of Ridgeview Village Unit No. 7, recorded in Book G of Subdivisions at Page 65, was offered to the County of El Dorado by Pacific States Development Corporation By William J. Fisher, on May 1st, 1987. The easement was acknowledged by the County of El Dorado on May 19, 1987, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on May 22, 1987.

El Dorado County Department of Transportation has not used said subject easement for the purpose for which it was dedicated and finds no present or future need exists for said subject easement and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to that effect.
