The Consultant, Foothills Associates, has completed a "draft" of the Henningsen Lotus Park Conceptual Master Plan. The Consultant and the County meet on several occassions with area property and business owners, as well as interested community members to discuss their views on the park's current facilities and proposed park enhancements.
