Background

At the CCP Executive Committee meeting on March 31, 2014, the Committee directed CCP staff to return with a set of administrative procedures to help standardize CCP business processes.  Staff has developed a set of administrative procedures that include guidance on open meeting (Brown Act) requirements, meeting coordination responsibilities, and protocols for proposing and addressing agenda items.
