In anticipation of the upcoming term expiration, the Clerk of the Board posted a Notice of Vacancy on November 13, 2017. Mr. Duncan is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) and wishes to remain on the Local Enforcement Agency Independent Hearing Panel. No new applications were received so the Clerk is recommending the Board reappoint him to the Local Enforcement Agency Independent Hearing Panel as the Technical Expert.
