Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: None.
Background: Effective March 27, 2008, El Dorado Womens Center changed their name to The Center for Violence-Free Relationships. This amendment reflects that change in the FY 2007-08 agreement between El Dorado County and El Dorado Womens Center.
Action to be taken following Board approval:
· Chairman to sign three (3) copies of Amendment II.
· Board Clerks Office to return two (2) signed originals to Public Health Department.
· Public Health Department to distribute as appropriate.
