Hearing to consider a Finding of Consistency with the El Dorado County General Plan concerning a Public Sale of property identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 101-220-019-000 located west of Red Hook Trail, north of Pony Express Trail, in the Pollock Pines area, consisting of 29.73 acres. There is no address established. Any future use or development of the property would be subject to applicable permits, reviews and approvals.
