The Department of Transportation (DOT) has received Irrevocable Offers of Dedication (IOD) for drainage and pedestrian easements, situated adjacent to El Dorado Hills Boulevard along Parcels A1, A2 and B of the Parcel Map filed in the office of the El Dorado County Recorder in Book 50 of Parcel Maps at page 90, and being more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted on Exhibits B of the attached Offers. The subject properties are also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 120-690-07, 120-690-08, and 120-690-09. Said dedications are made by Peter L. Navarra and Leslie Towns Navarra, as Co-Trustees of the Navarra Family Trust dated January 17, 2007, Andrew Peter Navarra, John Towns Navarra, Margaret McNulty Navarra, Kathleen Elizabeth Navarra, and Bencor-Saratoga L. P. a California Limited Partnership, and are necessary to meet the commercial grading requirements for development.
