The Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) Committee to present a process to utilize a portion of the fund balance held by the El Dorado Community Foundation for urgent or emergent needs of veterans and their families in the community. Veterans Affairs Commission to review and approve a process to address urgent or emergent needs of veterans through use of fund balance held by the El Dorado Community Foundation.
