In accordance with the El Dorado County Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) Bylaws, revised and adopted December 17, 2014, the District Attorney is formally requesting Assistant District Attorney, Jim Clinchard to serve as a designee for the Executive Committee. As stated in the bylaws, at any time the voting member is present, the designee will not have voting authority.
