Amendment II adds an additional $3,606 to the not to exceed amount of the contract and revises the rate structure with increased rates for some attorney classifications between ten and thirty percent. Per Policy C-17, Board approval is required for any agreement term exceeding three (3) years inclusive of any amendments and regardless of dollar amount.
