Staff recommending the Task Force hold a Phase 1 (Affordable Housing Ordinance) overview, status, and future processing discussion with topics including, but not limited to: 1) staffing updates; 2) previously discussed topics; 3) outstanding informational needs; and 4) potential work plan development. The purpose of this discussion is to ensure that the staff preparation of upcoming agenda items and associated materials align with and support Task Force needs and expectations in order to deliver meaningful recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
