Reason for Recommendation: The Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board has provided a two year agreement for the Victim Witness Claims Program for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009.
The total funding of 4338,972 is to be equally applied to each of the two fiscal years in the amount of $169,486. This is the same amount received in FY 2006-07.
