Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the Building Industry Advisory Committee, recommending the Board accept the following resignation and make the following appointment to the Building Industry Advisory Committee:
1) Accept the resignation of Charlie Truax; and
2) Appoint Garry Gates, SAGE Alternate Member, Term Expiration 01/01/2017.

On January 21, 2016, a letter was submitted by Martha McDonnell, SAGE President, notifying the Board that Charlie Truax was no longer a SAGE member and should be replaced on the Committee with Garry Gates. Garry Gates would finish the term of Charlie Truax, which expires on January 1, 2017.
