DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Joshua R. Atkins, owner of Assessor's Parcel Number 081-132-003, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate portions of the Snow, and Public Utility easements located on said property. The easements are more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The Snow and Public Utility easements, as shown on Lot 13 of Country Club Heights Unit No. 6, recorded in Book E of Subdivisions at Page 102, were offered to the County of El Dorado by Country Club Estates, on April 20, 1971. The easements were acknowledged by the County of El Dorado on September 28th, 1971, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on September 29th, 1971.

Department of Transportation, AT&T, Liberty Utilities, South Tahoe PUD, and Southwest Gas Corporation have not used said portions of subject easements for the purposes for which they were dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said portions of subject easements and do not object to their vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to that effect.
