Hearing to consider Green Leaf Drive Project (Tentative Parcel Map P24-0002) request for two (2) commercial parcels of 3.35 acres and 0.32 acre from an existing 3.67-acre parcel on property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 327-140-044, consisting of 3.67 acres, is located on the east side of Green Leaf Drive and Mother Lode Drive and immediately south of the intersection with Missouri Flat Road, in the Diamond Springs area, submitted by JAI SHRI RAM HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Find Tentative Parcel Map P24-0002 exempt under Section 15315 of the CEQA Guidelines; and
2) Approve Tentative Parcel Map P24-0002, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.

Request to consider Tentative Parcel Map P24-0002/Green Leaf Drive submitted by JAI SHRI RAM HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC request for two (2) commercial parcels of 3.35 acres and 0.32 acre from an existing 3.67-acre parcel. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 327-140-044, consisting of 3.67 acres, is located on the east side of Green Leaf Drive and Mother Lode Drive and immediately south of the intersection with Missouri Flat Road, in the Diamond Springs area, Supervisorial District 3.
