Reason for Recommendation: Board of Supervisors policy A-11 requires the Chief Administrative Officer to report to the Board regarding the status of any pending items related to published Grand Jury reports. The last status report was provided to the Board on October 23, 2007.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The Board Clerk will file the report.
