DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
In February 2021, Director of Human Resources Tameka Usher submitted her resignation, effective March 19, 2021. An open, competitive recruitment for a permanent Director is being conducted, but in the meantime the department will need someone in the role to oversee day-to-day operations. Mr. Carruesco meets the Minimum Qualifications and is agreeable to stepping into the leadership position on an interim basis.
