Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received two Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for drainage easements. Said dedications are being made by Silver Springs LLC, a California Limited Liability Company. The subject properties are identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 115-370-07, 115-370-02, 115-370-03, 115-430-55, 115-430-54 and are located on future Silver Springs Parkway, in the Rescue area. Said drainage easements are more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B, which are attached to said Irrevocable Offers of Dedication. Said dedications are necessary in order to accommodate the construction of Silver Springs Parkway (Onsite Improvements) Project #66107.
The Department of Transportation's staff has reviewed said offers and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolutions acknowledging, but rejecting said offers, at this time. Authorization for recording said offers is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
