DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The El Dorado Hills Library monument sign shows signs of wear and is nearly twenty years old. The El Dorado Hills Friends of the Library and Serrano Men's Book Club have agreed to donate $22,136 towards the replacement sign. The remaining funds will come out of the ACO Fund.

ALTERNATIVES
The Board could choose not to approve the donation or add the replacement of the El Dorado Hills Library monument sign to the ACO work plan. The County would not be in compliance with the easement agreement.
