Title
Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of Supervisor Novasel, recommending the Board accept the following resignation and make the following appointment to the El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee:
1) Accept the resignation of Frank G. Papandrea, Public Member, District 5; and
2) Appoint Katie Sheehan, Public Member, District 5, Term Expiration 08/25/2025.
Body
On June 30, 2020, the Clerk of the Board received notification from the Director of Environmental Management Department that the Public Member, District 5 did not wish to seek reappointment. His term was to expire on September 29, 2020. A Notice of Vacancy was published on July 15, 2020. One application was received and Supervisor Novasel contacted the Director of Environmental Management Department and recommended the Board to appoint Katie Sheehan to fill this vacancy.
