Title: Diamond Spring and El Dorado Community Advisory Committee to review and make recommendations regarding the following project: CUP24-0002 - Diamond Springs Verizon Wireless Site (Kevin Gallagher - Complete Wireless Consulting / Gloyd Zeller Jr. / Kevin Sorenson - Streamline Engineer): A Conditional Use Permit for a proposed Verizon communication facility. The applicant is proposing a new 136'-0" monopine with nine (9) antennas and six (6) remote radio units. Associated ground mounted equipment, including a 30Kw diesel generator, 210 gallon fuel tank, and equipment cabinets, will be placed within a 30'-0" x 30"-0" equipment lease area, concealed by a 6'-0" tall chain link fence with privacy slats. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 097-030-038, consists of 5.06 acres, and is located on the north side of Pleasant Valley Rd, at the intersection with Marsh Lane, in the Diamond Springs/El Dorado Area, Supervisorial District 3.
