Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
The Health and Human Services Agency included $198,302.16 for this renewal in its FY 2011/2012 budget and will include funds in its FY 2012/2013 and FY 2013/2014 budget requests for the remaining term of Amendment III to Lease Agreement #046-L9611.

Background:
The Health and Human Services Agency has leased this facility since 1995. On October 31, 1995 the Board approved Lease Agreement #046-L9611 for a term ending December 31, 2002 with the option for three additional one-year terms ending December 31, 2005. On March 15, 2005 the Board approved Amendment I to Lease Agreement #046-L9611 for a term ending December 31, 2010 with the option for three additional one-year terms ending December 31, 2013. On December 14, 2010 the Board approved Amendment II to Lease Agreement #046-L9611 (reference Legistar # 10-1149) exercising the first option to extend the term one additional year to December 31, 2011, eliminating the 2% annual increase and requiring the Lessor to provide and pay for snow ...
