County Counsel recommending the Board of Supervisors approve the attached contract for legal services with Abigail L. Roseman and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreement.

Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: The total cost of the contract is not to exceed $30,000 without approval of the County in writing. There will be no change to net county cost as this contact will be funded out of budget savings realized due to the vacant position.
Action to be taken following Board approval: County Counsel will be responsible for assigning cases to Ms. Roseman and supervising her work.
