Supervisor Sweeney requesting the Board acknowledge and file the attached Programmatic Agreement which sets forth the methodology for processing matters and sites of historic interest on or along the Rubicon Trail. This Agreement has been signed by the parties having an interest in or regulatory authority over the Rubicon Trail. Supervisor Sweeney signed the Agreement on behalf of our County as the Board's designee.
This document should be cited as the Rubicon Trail Historic Preservation Programmatic Agreement.
