The Outingdale Home Owners Association (OHOA) is requesting the cost of a Special Use Permit (SUP) for three gates be reduced to $500, the amount reflected in the previous Planning Services Fee Schedule (Resolution #058-2006). Under the new Planning Services Fee Schedule adopted August 3, 2010, (Resolution #125-20102) the SUP fee is $1,500.
The request to reduce the fee was submitted to the Chief Administrator's Office and denied per the attached letter. The OHOA requested the matter be heard before the Board of Supervisors.
The amount requesting to be reduced is $1,000. The amount requesting to pay is $500.
Please disregard the request in the OHOA letter to waive the DOT fee in the amount of $126. It is no longer relevant and DOT will not be assessing this fee.
