Background:
On the subdivision map recorded in Book H of Subdivision Maps at Page 129, Village H El Dorado Hills Unit 3, the following was offered to, and accepted by, the County: Public Utility Easement (PUE) along the five feet (5') adjacent to each side lot line and the ten feet (10') adjacent to the rear lot line. Additionally, the following was offered to and rejected by the County: Drainage Easement (DE) along the five feet (5') adjacent to each side lot line and the ten feet (10') adjacent to the rear lot line. These actions were taken by the Board of Supervisors on May 13, 1997, as reflected on Subdivision Map H-129.

Reason for Recommendation:
An application has been submitted by Philip K. Paw and Saksono Indrawati, requesting that the County abandon public utility and drainage easements along the five feet (5') adjacent to each side lot line and the ten feet (10') adjacent to the rear lot line affecting Lot 141 of Village H El Dorado Hills Unit 3, recorded at Book H , Page 129 of Subdivision Maps.

A T & T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District and Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said easements for the purpose for which they were dedicated or acquired and find no present or future need exists for said easements and do not object to their vacation.
