Background: Each year Transit Director Mindy Jackson organizes an Employee Appreciation Family Picnic for the El Dorado Transit employees to show appreciation for their hard work throughout the year. This also gives employees working different shifts to have an opportunity to get together with co workers they don't always come in contact with. Costs of putting on these employee picnics are paid solely by Mindy Jackson at no expense to Transit Authority.
Reason for Recommendation:
Action to be taken following Board approval: Approve waiver of fees in the amount $110 in Site Fee and $100 Cleaning and Damages deposit for a total of $210.
