Fiscal Impact: The Sheriff's Office Armory will receive the funds paid by the retired employee.
Reason for Recommendation: Deputy Fitzgerald recently retired from the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office and desires to purchase his service weapon. As the duty weapon is in current use by the Sheriff's Office, Deputy Fitzgerald will pay replacement value of$409.00 plus tax, in accordance with Sheriff's Office policy.

Glock .27, Serial #FHN957 (County Tag #99880)
Action to be taken following approval: Upon approval of the recommendation, the Procurement & Contracts Division will process the necessary surplus property paperwork, and the Sheriff's Office shall process payment.
