Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
No change to Net County Cost.  Funds for pesicide differntials are included in the FY 12/13 budget.
Background
The pesticide differential applies to employees in the facilities and grounds division of the Chief Administrative Office.  These employees were transferred from the Department of Transportation to the Chief Administrative Office effective July 1, 2012.  The original agreement was specific to Department of Transportation employees.  Therefore it was necessary to add broader language to cover employees in departments other than the Department of Transportation.
