The requested Board action has no associated fiscal impact or net County cost.
 
Background
The 2012 Cameron Park "Santa Run" event is sponsored by the Cameron Park Community Services District (CSD) and is a 5K charity fun run.  The event will start and finish at the CSD office, which is located at 2502 Country Club Drive.  
 
Reason for Recommendation
The Department of Transportation is recommending Board approval of the road closures to allow for the safety and success of this community event.  Other involved agencies have made no objections to these closures.
 
Action(s) to be taken following Board approval
1.  The Acting Clerk of the Board to obtain the Chair's signature on the Resolution.
2.  The Acting Clerk of the Board to send a fully executed copy of the Resolution
      to the Department of Transportation.
3.  The roads listed in the Resolution will be closed from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
      on Saturday, December 1, 2012, for the 2012 Cameron Park "Santa Run"
      event.
