Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost
None. The amount payable to the Health and Human Services Agency is estimated to be approximately $500 to be used to enhance Senior Nutrition program services. Each year the Health and Human Services Agency includes estimated donations in their annual budget. As a result, the acceptance of this donation does not impact Net County Cost.

Reason for Recommendation
Chevron Humankind provides Chevron employees and retirees the opportunity to support causes of their choosing by providing a match of financial contributions and grants for volunteer time. Lorretta Fuller is a Chevron retiree who regularly volunteers her time at the Senior Nutrition site located in Diamond Springs. Ms. Fuller has requested a Chevron Humankind Grant for Good be made to the El Dorado County Health and Human Services Agency for 20 hours of her volunteer time contributed to the Senior Nutrition program. Chevron Humankind is requiring a signed confirmation of Ms. Fuller's volunteer services as well as a statement on CAO letterhead verifying the Health and Human Services Agency as a public agency.
