Reason for Recommendation
To accommodate the continuing space requirements of the various Health and Human Services Agency ("HHSA") programs, HHSA is recommending that the Board execute Amendment I to Lease 279-L0811 in the amount of $171,890 with Wesley and Gertrude Wilkinson, trustees of the Wilkinson Revocable Trust, for 5,552 square feet of office space at 3047 Briw Road, Placerville, together with sufficient parking for staff and clients.
