Title
Chief Administrative Office providing a presentation on the Travel Demand Model.  (Est. Time:  1 Hr.)
Body
Background:
A Travel Demand Model (TDM) uses computer software to simulate travel patterns and existing demand conditions.  Model scenarios for future years are used to help guide policy and funding decisions such as land use and construction of new roadways.  El Dorado County Transportation uses the TDM to develop its Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and required Traffic Impact Mitigation (TIM) Fee Program.

Kimley Horn & Associates and staff from El Dorado County Transportation to provide a presentation on the Travel Demand Model.
